Cure for a Broken Heart?

Rick over at Bittersweet believes he has found the cure for a broken heart. Quite frankly... I don't care what he believes - It looks YUMMY-LISCIOUS!!!

This cake is the perfect self-remedy. It takes about five minutes to complete from start to finish, there is minimal effort (you don't even have to measure out the exact tablespoons), it is toasty, chewy, moist, and is enjoyed only by you. After enjoying this, listen to a little 10cc, you'll be unbroken in no time.

Red Velvet Microwave Mug Broken Heart Cure Cake

Stuff you need:
4 Tablespoons flour
4 Tablespoons sugar
2 Tablespoons cocoa
1 Egg
3 Tablespoons buttermilk
3 Tablespoons vegetable oil
1 Tablespoon vanilla
A little bit of white vinegar
About half a container of red food dye.
Frosting to make a sad face with (optional)
Melted white chocolate, whipped cream, vanilla ice cream, or any other carb you want to throw on it(optional)

What you do:

Put all of the flour, sugar and cocoa in a large mug (Just a reminder: if the mug is not microwavable, you may be displeased with the results) and mix it with a fork. Drop in the egg, buttermilk, oil, vanilla, vinegar, food coloring and stir it until it is throughly combined. Place the mug in the microwave and nuke it (slang for "heat it") on high or 1,000 watts for two and a half minutes.

After it is done, you may let it cool but you are probably too hasty for that. If you feel the need, add any extra frosting, chocolate, or cream to your dessert. Sit back in your pj's, scoop up some of the cake with a fork, and feel the pieces of your heart coming back together again.
